Internal organisation
Within our office we have sufficient knowledge to bring integrated assignments to a good end. We can rely on specialized study and engineering firms for specific aspects at any stage of the design. LLOX always takes full responsibility and takes care of the coordination between the different partners.
LLOX is divided into two separate departments.
LLOX is divided into two separate departments.
1. Support and general services
• Business technical (management, staff, accountancy, ...)
• General data of and for projects (building specifications, cost, prices per unit, ...)
• Project administration (secretariat, CAD, documentation, ...)
• Support of design (training, literature, legislation, ...)
The partners run this department. It ensures that the other departments function at their best. Its organisation is optimal, when the functioning of this department goes unnoticed due to its discrete and efficient way of working. Every employee in the agency has a shared responsibility in this department.

2. Project-related services
We have two sub-departments:
Project management:
• Every principal is appointed to a managing partner (project manager) and every project to a project architect.
• Continuity and cohesion of the design process
• Specific demands (programme, possibilities, budget, urban planning, ...)
• Elaborate the project (preliminary design, building permit, specifications, ...)
• Follow-up of the execution (contracting out, onsite follow-up, completion, ...)
Creative think tank:
• Is created per project. The project architect, project manager and several other collaborators and managing partners take part in the think tank.
• Confront and complement designs
• Unity of the architectural vision
• Architectural translation of the program
• Control on the execution in accordance with the concept
