History
In 1967 architect Louis Luyten gathered a number of talented architects and engineers. They were all very experienced when it came to working on complex projects and high-technological buildings for the healthcare industry. Since then, several clients have made use of the team's expertise and professional approach. The firm grew into a multidisciplinary team with important references in the healthcare industry, Luyten & Lens.
LLOX architects
In 2007, three architects joined the partnership established by Marc Lens and Nico Luyten: associate partners Razvan Oprescu, Dieter Wuyts and Guy Van der Kuylen. The new team was named LLOX architects.
The new name stands for experience and modernisation, for creative know-how. Years of experience in the healthcare industry have now been completed with a fresh vision and a new team. LLOX architects uses a broad vision of the future, based on knowledge, experience and creative architecture, as its starting point.

LLOX Romania
Razvan Oprescu was born in Bucharest and came to Antwerp 15 years ago. Since then, he has gone back to his roots and founded LLOX Romania.
Together we hope to contribute to the construction of this new EU country, especially in the health industry, which has to make up for several decades of backlog.

We built the first service flats (Hoboken), the cheapest newbuild hospital (Tielt), the first rest home in real property leasing (Mechelen) and the first projects under VIPA.
